How do I book a table?
Table bookings open one month in advance of each Baby Fair (see dates above).  This is a popular event and spaces book up fast (often on the day the bookings open) - so be in quick.
 
How much do tables cost?
Tables cost $35 inc. GST to hire.

Who can hire a table?
Ideally this event is for parents to sell their second hand baby gear such as toys, books, clothing and baby furniture including cots, buggies and high chairs.  There is also a limited number of spaces for organisations to sell or promote their goods and services relating to babies and early childhood.

How much space do I have?
We will provide you with a table which is 1.8m long  x 1m wide.  There is some space at the front of your table and some to the side for a clothes rack.  If you have large items to sell, please let us know when you make the booking.

If I had a table at the previous fair can I have a table at the next one?
As this is a popular event priority is given to those who did not have a table at the previous fair.  This is to allow everyone a fair chance in securing a table, otherwise some people never make it off the wait list.

Are there any items I can NOT sell?
Due to Plunket policy, sales of second-hand car seats, boosters, capsules are not permitted.

What preparations can I make before for the fair?
Clearly label your goods with prices.  If selling clothing it is useful to arrange by gender and sizing.  Bring plastic shopping bags for items you sell and plenty of change as many people pay with $20 notes and there are no EFTPOS facilities on site.
